China Everbright Water Limited (the “Company”) will disseminate all future corporate communication(s) of the Company (the “Corporate Communication(s)”), which include any document(s) issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of any holders of its securities or the investing public, including but not limited to (a) the directors' report and its annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors' report and, where applicable, its summary financial report; (b) the interim report and, where applicable, its summary interim report; (c) the quarterly report; (d) a notice of meeting; (e) a listing document; (f) a circular; and (g) a proxy form, in the following manners:
For the Shareholders who have previously elected or are deemed to have consented to receive the Website Version of all Corporate Communications, only a printed Notification Letter will be sent to the relevant Shareholders in the future by post.
For Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed versions of the Corporate Communications or for new Shareholders who have not made any election on the means of receipt and (for Shareholders whose shares are listed on the SEHK) language(s) of the Corporate Communications, a printed version of the Corporate Communication and Notification Letter will be sent to the relevant Shareholders in the future by post.
For Shareholders who choose, or are deemed to have consented, to receive the Website Version, if for any reason, such Shareholders have difficulty in gaining access to the Company's Website or wish to receive a printed version, the Company will upon request in writing by the Shareholders to:
promptly send the relevant Corporate Communications to such Shareholders in printed form free of charge.

Shareholders shall have the right at any time by reasonable notice in writing to:
specifying their name, address and request, to change the means of receipt of the Corporate Communications and/or (for Shareholders whose shares are listed on the SEHK only) the language of the Corporate Communications.

during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) in respect of any queries in relation to the Company’s arrangements set out above.
For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any election by Shareholders to the contrary, the Company shall continue to issue documents by way of physical copies as required by the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the SEHK (the “SEHK Listing Rules”) and the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST (the “SGX-ST Listing Manual”), including Rule 1210 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual
The above mechanism for dissemination of the Corporate Communications to the Shareholders may be amended from time to time pursuant to the SEHK Listing Rules, SGX-ST Listing Manual, and applicable laws and regulations.
